Francoise Lanter, CFO
Ms. Francoise Lanter brings several years of finance and operations expertise to Qnective. As a board member and Chief Financial Officer, she will manage and direct all of the financial activities of the company as well as insure compliance as a public company officer. Ms. Lanter’s expertise includes working with startup and early stage companies as well as larger mature corporations.
Prior to joining the executive team at Qnective, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Lawa International Holdings, a technology company operating in Switzerland. She has also owned and operated her own trust agency. Throughout her career, she has held several positions in finance and administration where her primary responsibilities were direct management of budgeting and capital expenditures, financial reporting and consolidation in accordance to IFRS regulations.
Ms. Lanter has earned a Swiss Federal Certificate of Accounting as well as a Fiduciary Expert STS.
